I create the layered applique embroidery design within my specialist machine embroidery software, from an original sketch I will make from your photograph. I will then transfer it to my machine and begin the process of building up the layers of coloured fabrics that will make this portrait totally unique to any other medium. the detail is then top stitched on and any finishing will be done with fabric paints. The portrait is 15cm square and stitched onto a presentation card and comes with an envelope and signed certificate of authentication.

I will always ask permission if I can reproduce the piece onto art cards and notebooks, these are not mass produced but I like to include them in my collection. If you are happy with this, you will also receive a free card with your order, which makes the perfect gift package.

I need a clear photograph to work with, as these are square format, some cropping of the image may occur. I will generally choose the colours to work with the piece but if you have a colour pallette in mind, please let me know when ordering, I can also include fabrics that belong to the pet, i.e if the pet wore a bandana r jackets, these can be stitched into the design.
